Can I call to order if I do not wish to order off the website?

Yes, you can call us at (949) 505-1121 between the hours of 7:00 and 5:00 on Monday through Friday. We are open from 9:00 to 3:00 on Saturday and we are closed on Sunday. 

**During December we extend our hours to 7:00 to 7:00 everyday of the week including Sunday. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, visa cards and personal checks. You must put in your credit or visa card numbers at the time of purchase. If you wish to pay with a personal check you must send it to our office (34567 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood CA. 92698) before we will send your item. Items purchased with personal checks will take longer for delivery as we need to verify payment before we send the product.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer a varity of shipping options for every budget and time. We offer overnight shipping for $20.00. If you order before 12 p.m. you will receive your item the next day. If you order after noon you will receive your item two days later. We also offer premium ground shipping for $10.00. It will take one to two weeks to reach you depending on your location. It will take longer to reach the east coast than the west coast. Our final shipping offer costs $5.00 and will take approximately three to four weeks to reach you.

Can I cancel an order once I've placed it? How do I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order. You must call our office at (949)-505-1121 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied? Do you offer a price back guarantee? How do I return an item?

Yes, you may return an item if it is unused/unworn. We charge a $10.00 fee for returned items. You must mail the item back to our adress(34567 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood CA. 92698) within sixty days with the mailed receipt. If the item we sent you is damaged, send it back and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost. We will overnight ship you a new product with no cost to you and take 10.00 off the original cost of the item.
